Antes:
- Miro vídeos a cámara lenta y alta calidad.
mediasuela queda horizontal.

Relative to joints couplings, certain patterns have been identified as detrimental for the runner´s musculoskeletal health such as prolonging the subtalar eversion beyond the peak knee flexion, which increases the knee stress due to the opposite torques acting on the proximal and distal ends of the tibia [1].
Prolonged eversion has been previously cited as a potential risk factor for developing Achilles tendinopathy and medial tibial stress syndrome [2].
stiffer midsoles reduce peak eversion and eversion excursion. increase in impact peak on the softer surface suggests that runners increase their lower extremity stiffness when running on a compliant surface (suelo o zapatilla) [3].
Comparison of ankle kinematics and ground reaction forces between prospectively injured and uninjured collegiate cross country runners [4].
Evitar midsole flare.
Under the heel we have a softer compound and along the outside of the heel we have a harder compound to keep the midsole in shape [5].
